How do I get access to the video courses, the advisory services and the videos "in conversation"?

To be able to use the offers from Guterplan, you can register here and create your account. There you can manage your bookings, invoices and payment information.

What do I need to take part in a video course?

We offer our products exclusively via the guter-plan.net website. To use our seminars, you need a valid Guterplan account and a computer or tablet with Internet access.

What is a video course?

A video course consists of a seminar video and accompanying material in PDF form. Both will be made available to you for four weeks after your booking via the Guterplan website. You can find our offer here.

What is the advice hotline?

With the advice hotline, you can book one hour of advice time in a video call, during which we will take care of your request. You can find our offer here.

When is there a discount on video courses?

If you book several video courses at the same time, you will receive a discount. You can find our offer here.

What is the "Good prospects" consultation?

Gute Aussichten is a systemic consulting format in which we work together to develop prospects for your professional future. You can find our offer here.

How do I find out which national office, choreographic center, etc. can offer me cheaper access to Guterplan seminars?

How long can I use a video course?

Each booking grants access to the video courses for four weeks.

Can I extend my online access?

Are there any prerequisites for taking part in the video courses?

There are no prerequisites for taking part in the video courses. However, you should either have something to do with dance or the performing arts professionally or have started training in this field so that you can benefit from the content.

Will I receive proof of participation in a video course?

After the end of the usage period of your video course, we will confirm your participation in writing in a PDF, which will be sent to the e-mail address specified in your profile. A certificate of "successful participation" is unfortunately not possible, as there are no examinations in connection with the seminars.

What to do in the event of technical problems?

If you have technical problems, there are some standard troubleshooting procedures that we recommend.

Refresh the website
Sometimes changes to the website are not registered immediately due to caching. For this reason, many problems can be solved by a hard refresh of the website. A hard refresh clears the browser's cache for a particular page so that the latest version of a page is loaded.

Restart the computer
Computers should be restarted frequently to optimize system performance and health. "Turn it off and on again" is often the most popular advice from technical support.

Clear the cache
When surfing the Internet, web browsers store data from websites (e.g. images and scripts) in the so-called "cache" to improve the user experience. If you delete the cache of your web browser, this stored data is removed, which can help to solve problems on the website.

Browser update
Internet browsers usually update themselves, but sometimes it has to be done manually.
